We highly appreciate your arrival thirty minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a hassle-free experience. A fifteen-minute grace period is likewise provided, however please understand that delays cut into your treatment time and your slot may be given to walk-in guests.
We request that you lower your voice when talking and mobile phones on silent mode as not to disturb the other guests.
Our trained therapists and aestheticians are here to provide the best service possible. As a courtesy to them, please call at least three hours before if you are unable to make it.

Inform us if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of prior to the service. Aya Care reserves the right to refuse treatment at its discretion.
